Return/Refund Conditions:

Your order will be shipped within 1-4 days.
After your order is confirmed, you will be informed about the shipping process.
Within 14 days of the day your order reaches you, you can proceed with the return or refund based on the criteria outlined below.
For health and hygiene reasons, it is important that the package is undamaged, all labels are intact, and the product is in an unused condition. Only exchanges are accepted for discounted items; returns are not accepted.

Products sold by our company fall into the category of products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be used, as explicitly stated in the exceptions section of the "Distance Contracts Regulation" published by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.

Products Ineligible for Return:

• Customized underwear and swimwear bottoms, and swimsuits tailored to the buyer's specific request or personal needs, which, once delivered, are not suitable for return. Additionally, items that, due to health and hygiene reasons, cannot be returned if the packaging is opened by the BUYER after delivery.

• Instantly delivered services in electronic media or non-material goods, such as audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data storage and recording devices, and computer consumables, are not eligible for return if the packaging has been opened by the BUYER. Moreover, according to the Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services that have commenced with the consumer's approval before the end of the withdrawal period.
